New Jersey Associate Grant C. Wright will speak on “How to Write a Winning Brief: The Key Strategies You Need to Know” at the New Jersey Institute for Continuing Legal Education’s Research and Writing CLE on August 18 at the New Jersey Law Center in New Brunswick.
Mr. Wright will join McBroy, Deutsch, Mulvaney & Carpenter second vice-president Robert B. Hille on the panel, which will include information on how to organize brief writing, create a lexicon of the case, cite authority effectively, and communicate clearly and concisely.
Mr. Wright focuses his practice on transportation litigation, representing commercial motor vehicle companies and their insurers in the state and federal trial and appellate courts of Pennsylvania, New York and New Jersey. He is a frequent presenter at CLEs and serves as a mock trial coach and Rutgers-Camden University.
