International Comparative Legal Guide to Product Liability to Include Article by Jeffrey Singer, Elizabeth Schieber, and Kyle Pozan

An article on the Apex Doctrine, co-authored by Segal McCambridge shareholder Jeffrey Singer and associates Elizabeth Schieber and Kyle Pozan, will be included as a chapter in the 2014 International Comparative Legal Guide to Product Liability, an international publication for product lawyers and risk managers. "The Apex Doctrine: Protecting Corporate Executives from Abusive Discovery Practices" discusses the measures corporate defendants can employ to bar the requested depositions of corporate executives in product liability litigation, per the Apex Doctrine. The article will be featured in the online and 2014 print edition of the publication.
