Segal McCambridge Chicago Attorneys Edit Personal Injury Litigation Handbook

January 7, 2015

Senior Shareholder Paul Wojcicki led a local team of 17 Chicago Shareholders and Associates in the editing of the 2014 edition of the LexisNexis Practice Guide: Illinois Personal Injury Litigation, an annual publication geared towards young attorneys and solo practitioners throughout the state.

Shareholder Paul Wojcicki acted as the General Editor for the project. He worked alongside former Shareholder Gregory Rogus, Shareholder Kevin Bugos, Associates Rebekah Childers, Lamis Eli, Anastasios Foukas, Jason Higginbotham, Matthew Kelly, Mitchell Morinec, Brian Nye, Kyle Pozan, Christian Ryba, Jade Wandell and Jenni Young, Summer Associates Charles Roozen and Joyce Williams, and Administrative Assistant Michelle Torres, who were contributing editors for the publication.

“We looked at everything from an objective perspective, both from the plaintiffs and defendants point of view, and tried to give an overview of many different aspects of personal injury law,” Mr. Wojcicki said.

Over the course of the yearlong project, the team produced a 14-chapter book covering everything from conducting initial client interviews to liability and defenses to wrongful death and damages. The book was published in November and is available for purchase through the LexisNexis website.

Mr. Wojcicki’s litigation work includes complex commercial and consumer disputes, including class actions, products liability claims, and warranty and service contract actions. Based in Chicago, he represents companies large and small across a wide variety of industry sectors in state and federal trial and appellate courts across the country.
