Chicago, IL- Segal McCambridge Singer & Mahoney is pleased to announce the addition of three new shareholders and one new equity shareholder to its partnership. The 2015 elections represent the law firm’s expanding general civil and toxic tort offerings.
“The firm’s talent has grown tremendously this year. We’ve added 40 new attorneys to our ranks to bring our attorney count to 180, and these four individuals have grown their own practices and expanded their knowledge base to earn the respect of their peers. Their promotions to partnership and equity partnership are well-deserved,” says Kathleen McDonough, managing shareholder of Segal McCambridge. “As our firm grows, we expect to identify additional leaders similar to Dwight Kern, Misty Martin, James Svajgl and Mitch Morinec.”
James L. Svajgl and Mitchell P. Morinec, of the Chicago office of Segal McCambridge, were promoted from associate to shareholder.
James Svajgl devotes his litigation practice to the defense of wrongful death and catastrophic personal injury cases in both state and federal court. His practice emphasis is in toxic tort, medical malpractice and general liability defense. His representative clients include product manufacturers, premises owners and contractors facing complex multi-party litigation.
