Asbestos Litigation Conference Co-Chair Tim Krippner Featured in The Madison-St. Clair Record and Chicago Daily Law Bulletin

March 22, 2013

The Madison-St. Clair Record and the Chicago Daily Law Bulletin recently interviewed Segal McCambridge shareholder Timothy L. Krippner to discuss how new trends in asbestos litigation, particularly in the rise of asbestos lung cancer cases, will affect all asbestos cases in the future.

These asbestos issues were at the forefront of conversation at the "2013 Cutting-Edge Issues in Asbestos Litigation Conference" organized by Perrin Conferences, on March 18-19 in Beverly Hills. Mr. Krippner co-chaired the conference with John D. Cooney, partner at Cooney and Conway, and Jeffrey B. Simon, a Dallas plaintiff attorney.  This was the seventh year Mr. Krippner co-chaired the asbestos litigation conference.

The conference drew around 400 legal professionals from both sides of asbestos litigation, and covered a variety of issues from emerging trends, to insurance coverage issues, exposure theories, and in-house perspectives, to jurisdictional updates.

Segal McCambridge shareholders William F. Mahoney and Steven A. Hart and also participated in the conference, and served as panelists.
