Michigan Of Counsel Kerry Rhoads-Reith Achieves Dismissal of Disability Discrimination Complaint
Segal McCambridge Of Counsel Kerry Rhoads-Reith has obtained a dismissal of a disability discrimination complaint for her client, a mental health care provider, from the Michigan Department of Civil Rights. The complaint alleged that Rhoads-Reith’s client discriminated against the claimant in violation of civil rights laws. After an investigation of the complaint, Ms. Rhoads-Reith moved for dismissal, and the Department of Civil Rights determined that there was insufficient evidence to proceed, and dismissed the claim.
