Segal McCambridge East Coast Office/Human Resources Manager Matt Frederick has been named Vice President and Diversity and Inclusion Chair for the Association of Legal Administrators-New York City Chapter. He has been a member of the Diversity and Inclusion Committee since 2014 .
In his role as Diversity and Inclusion Committee Chair, Matt will be responsible for leading efforts to develop programs throughout the year that promote diversity both within the chapter and each of the chapter member’s firms. As Vice President, he will support the Board of Directors in its mission to enhance the knowledge and professionalism of its members through high-quality educational programs in legal management, provide timely information which will enable members to perform their jobs more effectively and efficiently, and increase the visibility and credibility of the profession of legal administration.

Matt Frederick joined Segal McCambridge in 2003. Matt handles recruiting, employee relations, facilities management, policy implementation and enforcement, training and performance management for the New York, Philadelphia, and Jersey City offices.
