Segal McCambridge Elects Four New Shareholders

Segal McCambridge Singer & Mahoney is pleased to announce that four associate attorneys have been elected shareholders in the firm.

“We are excited to recognize the contributions that Jill Felkins, Christopher McGowan, Kerry Lynn Rhoads, and Jenni Young have made to the firm, and we congratulate them on their promotion to shareholder status,” says Mark Crane, the firm’s managing shareholder.  ”The continuing expansion and diversification of our litigation practice is a result of the hard work and dedication of talented attorneys like Jill, Chris, Kerry and Jenni, and we are confident that in their new roles they will continue to contribute to the firm’s success for many years to come.”

Jill M. Felkins is a trial and appellate attorney in the firm’s Chicago office and was promoted from associate to shareholder. Jill practices in state and federal courts in Illinois, Indiana, and beyond. She has obtained summary judgment for national and local clients in multiple areas of law, including premises, toxic tort, transportation, and environmental contamination coverage litigation.

Kerry Lynn Rhoads of Segal McCambridge’s Detroit office was promoted from of counsel to shareholder.  She is an experienced litigator who serves clients at both the state and federal levels. She practices in the areas of professional liability, products liability, pharmaceutical and medical device litigation, errors and omissions, civil rights defense, employment law, transportation negligence, premises liability, insurance coverage, and fraud. This array of experience has led to Kerry serving as trial and appellate counsel for her clients.
