Chicago Shareholder Paul Wojcicki Elected President of Global Warranty and Service Contract Association

Segal McCambridge Singer & Mahoney, Ltd. is pleased to announce that Chicago Shareholder Paul Wojcicki has been elected President of the Global Warranty and Service Contract Association (GWSCA). The organization aims to innovate, educate and advance the warranty and service contract industries. As President, Mr. Wojcicki will support GWSCA’s warranty and service contract training programs and will work to expand the scope of industry professionals who benefit from such programs.  Mr. Wojcicki’s primary goal for the GWSCA is to expand the resources and services, both educational and practical, it makes available to the industry and industry professionals.

 “Our goal is to reach as many professionals within the industry as possible so that we can work together to continue to drive innovation in warranty and service contract, develop and refine best practices, and help companies deliver the best customer experience possible” Mr. Wojcicki says. “With participation from across the industry, we can collaborate on new ideas to advance industry standards.”

Mr. Wojcicki has held a Board position with GWSCA for the past six years and has also played a role in leading the GWSCA’s annual conference for the last three years.  More information about GWSCA is available at www.gwsca.org.

Mr. Wojcicki, a senior Shareholder at Segal McCambridge, serves as Chair of the firm’s Warranty Practice Group and devotes a significant part of his litigation his practice to counseling, guiding, and advising companies on warranty and service contract programs. He is also the editor of Driving Value, a blog focused on the warranty and service contract industries.
