Daniel J. Powell is an experienced litigator focusing his practice on defending product manufacturers, premises owners and contractors in toxic tort litigation involving high-liability claims of catastrophic injury and wrongful death. He serves as national coordinating counsel for a large industrial products company, helping manage and execute the defense of products liability and premises claims throughout Illinois and in various state and federal jurisdictions across the country.
