The Segal McCambridge Diversity & Inclusion Committee is proud to announce the launch of a mandatory, firm-wide training program which will provide basic guidelines on legal and social diversity requirements. All employees will be required to take the web-based training course on a yearly basis. The program is designed to increase knowledge and awareness and further supports the firm’s commitment to a diversified and inclusive workplace that provides opportunities to all employees regardless of race, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, religion or national origin.
The Diversity & Inclusion Committee helps to ensure the firm’s focus on diversity and inclusion goals and objectives. Other initiatives the committee is involved in include: diversity education; recruitment, retention and promotion of qualified attorneys and staff; participation in community activities; attorney professional development and pro bono work; and identification of new opportunities and approaches to promote diversity and inclusion within the firm.
