March 1, 2005

(As appeared in the February/March 2005 issue of CBA Record)   As lawyers, we never stop learning. Sometimes the best way to learn is by doing, sometimes by reading and studying, and sometimes through the wisdom and experience of others. We learn to anticipate and react, to adjust and make split-second decisions. Ultimately, we each develop our own style and strategic approach to our cases, but the fundamentals always apply. This article is written with the intent of setting out some basic considerations regarding case development and litigation strategy.
