Chicago Attorneys Joseph Kish, Veronica Bowen and Patrick Sullivan analyze the Supreme Court's April 5, 2021 decision that ended a longstanding copyright battle between Google LLC and Oracle America, Inc.

The decision provided little insight for future software copyright disputes, leading Mr. Kish, Ms. Bowen and Mr. Sullivan to walk the reader through the decision and what it might mean in the future.
