Print PDFChristina A. Denmark is a trial lawyer and handles an active litigation docket statewide. She concentrates her practice on the defense of toxic tort claims involving products and premises. She also assists a manufacturing client as National Coordinating Counsel by facilitating the nationwide defense of this client. In addition to handling toxic tort claims, Ms. Denmark is experienced in handling products liability, personal injury, nursing home, medical malpractice, Section 1983, and employment cases. Ms. Denmark handles cases from inception through dissolution and has been involved in all aspects of pre-trial and trial work in both state and federal courts.
Ms. Denmark is licensed to practice in Texas, West Virginia, and Pennsylvania. She currently serves on the firm's Associates Committee and actively serves in the community through her participation in Junior League of Austin, as well as volunteering at Volunteer Legal Services' clinics.
SIGNIFICANT RECENT ENGAGEMENTS
- Served as lead associate, providing critical assistance to trial team and writing multiple motions, on $13M wrongful death suit in which Segal McCambridge won defense verdict
- Assisted client in having experts stricken from testifying and having partial summary judgment motions granted, reducing claims and potential damages against the client.
