Mr. Pearce is an experienced litigator who has been in legal practice since 1985. He has been responsible for overseeing and litigating a large case docket from inception to conclusion throughout the State of Michigan. He has helped achieve successful verdicts in more than 50 cases, including defense verdicts in wrongful death cases. He is also experienced in mediation and arbitration.
