Mr. Carlson focuses his litigation practice on the defense of toxic tort claims, with an emphasis on complex mass tort litigation relating to personal injuries involving products, premises and contractor liability claims. Mr. Carlson serves as national coordinating counsel and local counsel in the defense of asbestos claims.
