Print PDFPamela Broache is an experienced litigator, having appeared as lead counsel in numerous bench and jury trials in both state and federal jurisdictions. For more than 20 years, Ms. Broache has represented clients in the defense and management of complex insurance defense litigation matters, including general and products liability, silica, asbestos, vinyl chloride, personal injury, lead paint, and employment discrimination. Ms. Broache has also acted as local counsel for several corporations and previously served as in-house counsel for a major insurance company.
Ms. Broache also has significant experience in the area of workers' compensation. She has defended the interests of employers, insurers and independent adjusting companies in thousands of workers' compensation cases before the Maryland Workers' Compensation Commission. Ms. Broache has tried numerous workers' compensation cases at the appellate level and appears frequently in circuit court on behalf of employers and insurers.
