Arturo M. Aviles is a senior associate in Segal McCambridge's Austin office.  He is an experienced litigator and counselor having represented a wide array of clients including employers, premises owners, security companies, insurers, insureds, suppliers, and manufacturers in personal injury, workers' compensation, premises liability, negligent security, commercial and toxic tort litigation. Mr. Aviles also counsels clients and frequently speaks on employer immigration compliance issues.

In addition, he is a certified mediator and has mediated a variety of cases in Travis County, Texas. 

Mr. Aviles' Pro Bono practice includes representing clients in immigration, civil rights, employment, and alternative dispute resolution matters.

Mr. Aviles is fluent in Spanish and has lived and studied abroad in Spain, Mexico and Argentina.
