Mr. Ahn is experienced in commercial litigation, reinsurance and complex insurance matters. He has handled a wide range of matters related to contractual disputes and business torts as well as insurance related disputes including commercial general liability, excess and umbrella coverage, property damage, bodily injury, and toxic torts. Mr. Ahn also has experience in global corporate transaction matters, including in complex due diligence, anti-trust and regulatory issues. Mr. Ahn is proficient in Korean.

• Secured settlement of large insurance coverage claim on behalf of reputed insurer upon filing of Daubert and summary judgment motions.
• Served as trusted associate on a large mortgage reinsurance matter, providing critical assistance to the team on a $100M+ claim for breach of uberrima fides and fraud.
