Print PDFMr. Rosenblatt received his Bachelor of Arts degree cum laude at Cornell University in 1987, and his Juris Doctor degree cum laude from the University of Michigan Law School in 1992. At Cornell, Mr. Rosenblatt was elected to the academic honor societies of Phi Beta Kappa and Phi Kappa Phi. He is a member of the New York Bar as well as the United States District Courts for the Southern, Eastern, and Western Districts of New York.
Mr. Rosenblatt concentrates his practice on product liability, toxic tort and commercial litigation. He serves as National Coordinating Counsel and local counsel for several large corporations in asbestos litigation, and has represented defendants in pharmaceutical, tobacco, medical device and other mass tort litigation. Mr. Rosenblatt has conducted intensive training programs preparing numerous corporate witnesses for deposition, and seminars on asbestos litigation, various industrial products, legal writing and deposition techniques. He has written articles on insurance matters, conducting due diligence and corporate witness deposition preparation.

- Drafted/argued summary judgment motions in asbestos and oil spill cases.
- Conducted product seminars for asbestos litigation.
- Conducted multi-day training sessions preparing key corporate witnesses for Rule 30(b)(6) depositions.
- Co-drafted trial brief on duty to warn regarding external insulation for New York Supreme Court case.
- Conducted depositions nationwide for asbestos, tobacco, DES, Fen-Phen and other mass tort/products liability litigation.
- Drafted articles on preparing corporate witnesses for deposition and conducting due diligence in mass tort litigation.
