Mr. Finer is a trial attorney who focuses on the defense of toxic tort claims. He concentrates his practice in complex mass tort litigation relating to personal injuries involving products, premises and contractor liability claims. Mr. Finer has first chair trial experience in Illinois, and has conducted hundreds of depositions throughout the country. As local counsel for several clients, including Fortune 500 companies, he is actively involved in the litigation and trial of complex tort cases throughout Illinois and with the Judicial Panel on Multi-District Litigation.
