Second in Texas Construction Law Seminar Series Co-Sponsored by Segal McCambridge To Be Held February 23
The second in a series of monthly Texas construction law seminars to be co-sponsored by Segal McCambridge will be given on Tuesday, February 23, 2010. The program, titled "Recovery 2010: Will Texas Outpace Other States?" is the next in a series of programs to be presented under the umbrella title "Meet the Experts: Practical Advice for the Construction Industry."
The presenter for this program will be Ed Lette of Business Bank of Texas, N.A.
The programs will be offered under the auspices of the Central Texas Chapter of the Associated Builders and Contractors, and will be given at The Training Facility in Austin. Shelly Masters, a shareholder in our Austin office, is a member of the chapter's board of directors.
In addition to our firm, the series' other co-sponsors are IBTX Risk Services, Business Bank of Texas, and Padgett Stratemann & Co. The series is intended to provide construction professionals with knowledge useful to surviving the current economic crisis and practical advice that will reduce the effects of further downturns or challenges faced in the normal course of business.
