Segal McCambridge Shareholder Shelly Masters To Speak to Joint Meeting of Texas Construction/Finance Associations
Segal McCambridge shareholder Shelly Masters will give her presentation titled, "The Treacherous Question of Termination: Look Before You Terminate a Contractor!" as a joint offering presented by two Texas business associations on Tuesday, May 18th.
Ms. Masters' presentation will cover termination for default, termination for convenience, conversion clauses in the construction contract, and how Texas courts view these clauses, among other topics.
The event will take place at the Norris Center, 2525 W. Anderson Lane in North Austin, as a joint presentation of the Surety Association of South Texas and the Construction Financial Management Association – Central Texas Chapter.
