Fourth in Texas Construction Law Seminar Series Co-Sponsored by Segal McCambridge To Be Held April 27
The fourth in a series of monthly Texas construction law seminars to be co-sponsored by Segal McCambridge will be given on Tuesday, April 27, 2010. The program, titled "I-9 Audits: Are You Ready?" is the next in a series of programs that is being presented under the umbrella title "Meet the Experts: Practical Advice for the Construction Industry."
The presenter for this program will be Cyndi Mergele of Padgett, Stratemann & Co., LLP.
The programs will be offered under the auspices of the Central Texas Chapter of the Associated Builders and Contractors, and will be given at the chapter’s headquarters in Austin. Shelly Masters, a shareholder in our Austin office, is a member of the chapter’s board of directors.
In addition to our firm, the series’ other co-sponsors are IBTX Risk Services, Business Bank of Texas, and Padgett Stratemann & Co. The series is intended to provide construction professionals with knowledge useful to surviving the current economic crisis and practical advice that will reduce the effects of further downturns or challenges faced in the normal course of business.
