Segal McCambridge Shareholder Jeffrey Singer To Speak at Perrin's National Complex Litigation Conference
Segal McCambridge shareholder Jeffrey Singer has been invited to speak at Perrin Conferences' National Complex Litigation Conference: A Symposium on Current & Emerging Issues, to be presented June 27, 2012, at Chicago's James Hotel.
Mr. Singer will participate in an afternoon panel titled, "Class Actions: New Risks and New Defenses." The panel will explore the U.S. Supreme Court's rulings in Wal-Mart and Concepcion, and provide an update on product liability, consumer fraud and employment cases, among other topics.
