Our firm's involvement in the defense of litigation involving pharmaceuticals is well recognized amongst the product liability defense bar.  Attorneys in our firm have served as national or local counsel in a wide range of pharmaceutical litigations, including diet drug litigation, anti-depressant litigation, certain prescription pain pharmaceuticals, PPA, Ephedra, Gemfibrozil and Hormone Replacement Therapy litigation.
